Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The data are and will in any case be processed and in particular kept and stored in compliance with the legislative requirements and required security measures and in any case for the period of time necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes. In particular, such personal data may reside on servers located in Italy or abroad in European or non-European countries (such as, for example, the USA).
4. You may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for by the law and in particular, among others, the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, their possible updating, rectification or integration, the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data themselves and finally the right to object to the processing of data for the purposes of commercial information, sending advertising material, or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication.

The information you provide, which is essential in order to acquire the necessary pre-contractual information, will be processed, with or without the aid of electronic tools, in full compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003. 196 Code regarding the protection of personal data.
Given your status as “interested party”, pursuant to art. 13 of the aforementioned Code, we wish to inform you of the following:
1. The information you provide will be used in order to carry out an adequate assessment of your candidacy to carry out work on behalf of our Company. The data concerning you will be kept for the period of time necessary to evaluate any possibilities of use.
2. The provision of data to our Company is obviously optional and any refusal to provide such data could make the general verification of your candidacy to carry out work at our Company less easy.
3. The data provided by you may possibly be communicated to consultants, collaborators, specifically designated employees, as well as to other offices of our Company, and to other Companies, including those based abroad in European and non-European countries, belonging to MEBA Electronics. This is with the aim of verifying the widest range of possible uses. In particular, such personal data may reside on servers located in Italy or abroad in European or non-European countries (such as, for example, the USA).
We also ask you to read the full version of article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, reproduced below, which illustrates the rights guaranteed to you by law and which you can exercise pursuant to articles 8 and 9. Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)
They concern, even if not yet registered, their communication in an intelligible form.
• The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
1. The origin of the personal data;
2. The purposes and methods of processing;
3. The logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
4. The identification details of the owner, managers and representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
5. Of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
• The interested party has the right to obtain:
1. The updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
2. The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
3. The certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this requirement is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
• The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
1. For legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
2. To the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
