In MEBA Electronics the computerization of process flows guarantees full control of any production cycle and complete traceability of what happens in the factory.
The processes are configured following the Lean Manufacturing method, in order to contain costs and reduce low added value activities and waste, optimizing flows to guarantee accurate and punctual deliveries.
Manifacturing
MEBA Electronics Production includes, within a controlled access EPA area, SMT and PTH automated assembly lines, ICT and FCT testing and conformal coating. There are highly automated robotic areas dedicated to the assembly and testing of electromechanical devices, a department for the production of thermomagnetic groups and stations for laser marking and pad printing.
Management System
MEBA Electronics uses the latest technologies available which evolve as quickly as market requests and allow us to create the most innovative products. The entire management system is based on the IBM AS400 platform since 1987.
From this system MEBA has developed in parallel a customized one that provide the data required for management in real time.

The headquarters of 1700 square meter is located in Bacau, a rapidly developing city in Romania.
MEBA East hosts low-cost manufacturing and is specialized in electronic assembly with SMT and THT technologies. The reduced production costs and transport convenience make it the ideal choice for outsourcing low cost production.
